Very windy last night, moved a major ice sheet, the photos below are from this morning. Where there was ice this morning, last night there was none:
So far this is the only ice buildup on the Island for ice-out so far, it is on the Southern most tip of the Island, causing no damage:
By the afternoon the wind continued to push and break up the ice sheet from this morning so now it is once again open water:
