Rather foggy morning.

Eventually the fog burned off and became a rather warm day, a little touch of Summer, almost.
Before there was the blog the Caretaker sent out posts via e-mail, the following is from the Caretaker's second winter on the Island:

More ice has formed, but the main part of the lake still has open water.
Currently snowing lightly, little to no wind.
Outside temp. 10 F.
Ghetto temp. 61 F.
Ice eaters functioning properly.
No ice skating yet.
